Can we use the Café without going into the Funyard?

Of course! 

You're welcome to use our cafe and also our soft play even if you decide not to go into the funyard itself.

What happens if I need to move my booking?

Bookings can be moved to a new date if the original date is no longer suitable.  If you have an account this can be done yourself via your account or you can phone on 01786 841309 and we can help you out. 

 

Do you do annual memberships?

Yes we do!

Annual memberships are available to buy online or in person. They last for 1 year from the date of purchase and have unlimited uses. Passes can only be used by the named person and are non transferable.

Are dogs allowed?

We're afraid not.

While we do love dogs here at Briarlands we can only welcome guide and assistance dogs into the funyard.

Can we bring our own picnics?

Of course! 

We have plenty of picnic benches dotted around the park for you to use with some undercover options too if the weather isn't the best! We only ask that tables inside our cafe are used for cafe customers only and not for picnics.
